Privacy Policy

OverallMedia is a SaaS platform that helps media buyers and agencies monitor and manage their ad accounts across Meta, Google, and TikTok. We are operated by Elevro Automation. You can reach us at contact@overallmedia.app.

When you create an account via Google OAuth, we receive your email address and name from Google. We store this in our authentication provider (Supabase) to identify your account.

When you connect your ad accounts, we store OAuth tokens that allow us to read performance data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions needed to display your metrics and, if you opt in, to execute rule-based actions.

We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment provider.

We use your data solely to provide the OverallMedia service:

• Authenticating your account and keeping it secure
• Fetching and displaying metrics from your connected ad accounts
• Executing automated rules you configure (if Execution Mode is enabled)
• Sending transactional emails (account confirmation, alerts)

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your account data is stored in Supabase, which uses encrypted databases hosted on AWS infrastructure. OAuth tokens for your ad accounts are stored encrypted at rest.

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to user data is restricted to the OverallMedia team and only when necessary to operate the service.

OverallMedia integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Google — OAuth login and Google Ads API
• Meta — Meta Ads API
• TikTok — TikTok Ads API

Each of these services has their own privacy policies that govern how they handle data on their end.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and revoke any stored OAuth tokens within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Revoke access to your connected ad accounts at any time from within the app
• Export your data upon request

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of OverallMedia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
