Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Omedia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Elevro Automation.
2. Description of service
Omedia is a SaaS platform that aggregates advertising campaign data from Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads into a single interface. It provides AI-powered analysis, natural-language querying, and optional automated campaign actions ("Execution Mode") on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account registration
You may register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at contact@overallmedia.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Connecting ad accounts
The Service connects to your ad accounts via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize Omedia to read performance data and, if Execution Mode is enabled, to take actions (such as pausing ad sets or modifying budgets) on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You can revoke this access at any time from within the app or directly through each platform.
6. Execution Mode
Execution Mode is an optional feature that allows the AI agent to take automated actions on your ad accounts. You explicitly enable and configure these actions. Omedia is not responsible for campaign outcomes resulting from actions you authorize through Execution Mode. All actions are logged and auditable.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; or (e) use the Service to violate the terms of any connected ad platform.
8. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
9. Intellectual property
Omedia and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Elevro Automation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your ad account data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data you connect to the Service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevro Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to campaign losses or data loss.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
