Refund Policy

Free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for monthly plans.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal if you have not made significant use of the Service during that period. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the billing year.

Exceptional circumstances

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages attributable to Omedia). If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the above policy, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

How to cancel or request a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. To request a refund, email us at contact@overallmedia.app with your account email and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Payment processor

Billing is processed by Paddle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
