Data Deletion

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data Omedia holds from your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) account and connected ad accounts. Omedia is a product operated by Elevro, based in Argentina. If you have any questions, reach us at contact@overallmedia.app.

What we store from Meta

When you connect Meta through Facebook Login for Business, we store:

  • OAuth access tokens for the ad accounts you connect
  • Your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets and ads, along with their performance metrics
  • The Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels and product catalogs you connect

We only use this data to display your metrics and, if you enable Execution Mode, to run the actions you configure. We never sell it or share it for third-party marketing.

Option 1 — Disconnect (self-service)

From the Accounts page inside Omedia, you can disconnect your Meta connection at any time. This immediately stops all access to your Meta data and halts any further sync.

Note: disconnecting stops all processing, but it does not erase the historical performance data already stored. To also erase that historical data, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Full deletion (by request)

To permanently delete everything we hold about you, email us at contact@overallmedia.app from — or including — your Omedia account email, asking for full deletion.

We will permanently delete your stored OAuth tokens, your historical ad data, and your account within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.

Removing Omedia from Facebook

You can also remove Omedia directly from your Facebook account, under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). This revokes our access to your Meta data. To also erase the historical data already stored on our side, use Option 2.
